The HHS Husky Athletic Booster Club awards two student athlete scholarships: The Ken Fitzsimmons Male Athlete and Kathleen Varner, Female Athlete scholarship for $1,000 each. 

Students are required to complete the application process outlined below, on or before, May 18th, 2024. 

After considering the eligibility criterion, please submit all three forms (application, two recommendations) to the HABC email: huskyathleticboosterclub@gmail.com.

The purpose of the Husky Athletic Booster Club Athletic Scholarship is to recognize athletic achievement, promote good sportsmanship, encourage scholastic achievement among all athletes at Heritage High School and to assist with the costs of a higher education.

Any graduating senior of Heritage High School who has participated in organized, inter-school athletics for at least two full years (at least one of which must have been during that student athlete's senior year at Heritage High School) will be eligible for this scholarship. The applicant shall have been accepted (or have made application and is pending) to a recognized institution of higher learning. This scholarship is subject to NCAA rules and regulations. The student athlete AND their parent must be paid members of the Husky Athletic Booster Club at the time of application. See further details in the application form.

You must have a coach and an HHS teacher submit recommendations, and they cannot be the same person.

• Ask them to complete the fillable PDF form and submit it directly to the HABC email address: huskyathleticboosterclub@gmail.com. All recommendations must be submitted by the teacher/coaches work or personal email. They may not be submitted by the student athlete.
